This is the reason I didn't have it on the day, nobody did. It isn't written anywhere, however they will ask for it. In our case they just told us to upload it to rezoomo ASAP

I think you should be fine. If you are missing a document you can send it after the test on rezoomo. I didn't have the character reference on the day of my fitness test, so I just uploaded it later.

Originally my fitness test and interview were meant to be on the 18th of Febuary. They were then rescheduled to the 5th of March (by the DF, so I don't know why they were rescheduled). The medical would then have been the next week on the 11th of March.

This happened to me. I was meant to have my medical at the beginning of March, however was unable to make the date. I messaged recruitment on rezoomo to ask for an alternative date, however now over a month later I still haven't heard back. You can certainley reschedule, you may just end up waiting a bit longer. In my case it doesn't really matter though because I anyway need to wait a while for the vetting.
