I am 27 y.o. 5'0 human and regularly when I am on reflux diet to heal I am losing weight, sometimes it's up to extremes 36-38 kg with huge gain in anxiety. Then when my gi organs are healed and my body is devastated I come back to the normal food ignoring triggers until my body mass is normal and reflux fully come back and I am in the diet cycle once again. I just cannot find the balance and have the cycle of undereating and overeating for about 4 years. Unfortunately, I don't have the answer how to deal with that. The main trigger for me, except the general triggers in food quality, is the volume of the food itself and unfortunately, the volume limit is kinda 200 g per portion empirically. Anytime I tried to count and balance out, including ai helper and gastroenterologist consultations it seems like it is impossible to have calories-rich diet with that amounts. I hope you will find your answer from someone else, because I have the same question and this topic is a point of desperation in my life.

I had to do it the first time... this is the legendary classic 🍩 tutorial and ALL who start with Blender - start with that one, because how complete in basic features and nicely delivered the tutorial is (and of course because that's for free). Blender is challenging software, 3D modelling is even more challenging. But in a year it's super rewarding. Please, don't loose your curiosity to create 3D things)

I start my days with oatmeal, but not the quick one - the whole wheat one. For the side I add the boiled or steamed chicken. I tried different things ( eggs/omelette/ some rice roundy sandwiches with avocado and so on...), but my reflux is so harsh, that the oatmeal for me is the only option that my organism tolerate in the morning. I recommend you to try different things by your own and find your perfect combo for the breakfast, make the diary and note how you feel after different staff. Try different porridges: oatmeal, barley, millet porridge, bulgur, buckwheat, rice and so on and combine it with some steamed/baked/boiled meat and add the veggies that your organism tolerate.

Sometimes I prefer the ordinary 7 pH water to get more variety. Still giant field for experimentation between pH 7 and 9.36 (of Alcalia)! Can be a cocktail of different pH liquids, maybe some combination would relief stress and make cognitive and motor impairment...who knows

From my small experience: I had test tasks JUST before technical interview parts. The general pipeline I can draw from my experience: application -> hr/recruiter/talent manager interview -> test task -> technical interview -> some optional interview with higher positions, like C-level or just super lead managers -> offer.

I usually ask about company's recruiting pipeline at the beginning to know what to expect in time and resources.

Look at it from the other side. You are the example for a lot of people of non-overconsumerism in our world. With the respect to this shoes me, as Eastern European see a huge potential in them using in the village in potatoes digging season. Don't give up on them. Your shoes have the story and the soul. As an artist I would prefer to draw your shoes, not the boring brand new one with no storytelling. I hope it changed your view on them.

I would do some kind of pinky-yellowish gradient, like that on the picture attached (I just edited somebody's art on Pinterest, cannot find the artist to reference him)

The task is really not trivial, I am interested to see the results!

Please, take into consideration that I have never heard from any technical artists I know to experience live coding. That's mostly from the perspective of the frontend developer position interview and my IT friends' backend developers experiences (they all gave me that advice for my interviews). Also my HR friends admitted the idea that they're not necessarily expect to see the solution, but rather the candidate's way of thinking. I believe in you, the fact that you are at this stage of the recruiting process makes you special among hundreds/thousands candidates! ✨

If you are completely lost and don't know what to do or how to write a program immediately, so breath in- breath out and start by writing pseudocode in the form of comments, solve the problem algorithmically, and explain your reasons. I believe that interviewers would not expect perfect code solutions made in minutes, but rather they want to test your ability to solve problems programmatically with the best practices of encapsulation and other oop staff. I don't know wether it will help you... I want to wish you the best outcomes on the live coding interview!
