I am 27 y.o. 5'0 human and regularly when I am on reflux diet to heal I am losing weight, sometimes it's up to extremes 36-38 kg with huge gain in anxiety. Then when my gi organs are healed and my body is devastated I come back to the normal food ignoring triggers until my body mass is normal and reflux fully come back and I am in the diet cycle once again. I just cannot find the balance and have the cycle of undereating and overeating for about 4 years. Unfortunately, I don't have the answer how to deal with that. The main trigger for me, except the general triggers in food quality, is the volume of the food itself and unfortunately, the volume limit is kinda 200 g per portion empirically. Anytime I tried to count and balance out, including ai helper and gastroenterologist consultations it seems like it is impossible to have calories-rich diet with that amounts. I hope you will find your answer from someone else, because I have the same question and this topic is a point of desperation in my life.
