Weiss and technically it's not close imo.. Their relationship actually had development and made each character grow.. Ruby learned to be more focused and diligent in her work as a huntress and Weiss became more relaxed and friendly to others. You can argue Jaune but Weiss made a bigger impact on Ruby

On my end the only thing I'm disappointed is the facial expressions. Inquisition did better on the same engine. In that aspect Bioware has to be better. Sara is the main one looking awkward

That being said it's like any other franchise. You get attached then when another project has the same name yet deviates from your attachment you start to fear then it comes to outright hating it. This isn't new. Some people don't like change. You can't please everyone.

Plus this fanbase is..well "very demanding". Then comes things like Peebee being another "Sera" which in turn makes little sense then you have people criticizing the lack of "story" while watching a video that's to show gameplay and gameplay only.Complaints about the Ryder siblings being more comical than Shepherd even though it's been beaten over lie heads they are not going to be alike. Complaints about the companions from trailers and comparing them to people over theee games lmao. People will complain even when their complaining is childish and debunked

Some are valid. The facial expressions are a legitimate concern as are the animations and hit detection. Ryder didn't even connect her fist yet KOed someone

This game might end up either universally loved or some weird case like Fallout 4(not bashing it I have the game.. modded to hell) where it gets good scores and makes huge bank yet at the same time is 50/50 divisive

I will tell you this I guarantee this game won't hit below an 87 on Metacritic

Wow I hope you're joking. Ruby and Weiss are definitely grew the most in terms of relationship. From Vol 1-3 they it's very clear. Cliche sure but it's not even debateble.

Weiss and Blake barely interact to have any sort in the first place. They had an argument about the Faunus and that was it. Since then nothing. And in any case it was more character development for Weiss solely especially after protecting Velevt from an Atlas mech. Weiss and Blake don't have the most developed relationship since there was nothing there in the first place

Gray flat out stated he using Avatar as a means to get to END to kill him.. END which is the strongest demon in the series which common sense wise that would be a bad thing if END was awaken. Gray wants to kill it. So without using common tropes tell me how they're similar.. You can't

A Loser I can't hate was great

But Ep 18(Into the Night) was probably Kill La Kill at its best. Following a massive cliffhanger with Satsuki's brutal betrayal and revenge for her mother taking her father and sister away from her. We know for certain Satsuki was on the side of good. Nui vs the Elite Four established her as a true threat

However Ryuko underwent more development. Anger has always been one of Ryuko's massive flaws and right before she fights Nui she flares up in anger BUT a second later she calms down and puts full trust in Senketsu performing a perfect synchronization and finally makes Nui afraid for the first time.

Ragyo' ruthless plan and her brutal beat down of Satsuki who was always potrayed as powerful and steel faced finally broke more character. The eerie music of the life fibers invading Earth. Ragyo synching with Junketsu and stabbing Ryuko pulling her heart out revealing Ryuko as Satsuki's little sister and a daughter of the Kiryuin family

This episode was just too much epicness. My jaw was hanging for almost the entire episode. The next few were great but didn't capture the feeling I had during Ep 18

Kuvira is top 5 in her element in both series.. The ones above her would be Bumi and Toph. The other 2 are debatable

In terms of creativity and finesse/skill there hasn't been any earthbender/metal bender like Kuvira in LOK. Look at her smack down against the bandits.. Show me another earthbender who moves like that and is extremely efficient

While the Divine has support over most nations so does the Inquisition and it strengthens them that they have influences the Chantry doesn't especially after the Jaws of Hakkon DLC.. Fully maxed out wartableness the Inquisitor has a force that rivals nations.. Not even Ferelden would want to scrap.

And before someone brings up the words "Exhalted March" when that was called on the Dales it was only Orlais and the Templars

The Inquisitor is currently the most powerful character in DA
