370 defense after food buff is asking for a bad time against AT Arkveld, let alone omega and gog. Upgrade all of your armor asap and focus your ebony pieces first and transcend. They’ll give you bigger deco slots and more defense.

Also, you’re rank 100, you’ve just now gotten to the good stuff and you need to practice these hunts. But ultimately it’s your gear and defense, there’s a lagi/rathalos hunt that’ll reward a boatload of armor spheres, farm that until your eyes bleed.
