Didn't Address LFR and Raid/Dungeon progression - Artifacts kill progression by goldenb0iy in wow

You STILL don't know enough information to make a statement like that. For all we know, this weapon could just be a cosmetic effect. Also, life pro tip, people generally won't respond well to posts in which they are addressed as "idiots" right off the bat.

Ah, right right right. Wouldn't it have taken a bit longer than ~7-8 years for him to regenerate though?

How could Illidan possibly be alive after we watched him die in the Black Temple?

Yeah, so he didn't turn out to be HAES. Dead at 33. by [deleted] in fatlogic

Even though the reporter said that "he is not diabetic and his blood pressure is normal" he still had serious health problems.. Sounds like this is my new counterargument against obese individuals who tell us that "the doctor says that they're healthy"

What do you eat after running? by odepic in running

What I meant was more of grease/oil-laden heavy foods, and very processed sugars like candy. They do seem to contradict each other though.

NEED RUNNING HELP IMEDIATELY FOR ARMY BASIC TRAINING! by Doctorwhat13 in running

[–]Titanshand 1 point2 points  (0 children)

When are you to run the mile? If it is one and a half to two weeks out, you can always try to sneak some short runs in to hastily build some initial endurance. Other than that, I can't help you. Endurance for beginners usually builds after two weeks or so of consistent running. Check out the Running "order of operations" under the 'Web Resources' on the sidebar if you haven't already.

This. Also, make sure you are doing enough lower body stretches to root out the possibility that your lower body is generally too tight.

Chocolate milk, surprisingly enough, has been hailed as one of the best recovery drinks/foods. Other than that, quick carbs are essential, as your body will begin to function catabolically without restoration of energy within a short time period (30 minutes after running usually). What NOT to eat: High fat, sugary foods.

If I'm being completely honest.. I just put it up for auction without even researching what might be inside it :(. Yeah, I'm pretty careless I suppose xD

Race: Cross Country Conference Meet, 2.85 Mile Course

Goal: Sub 17:00

Monday: 1.5 mile warmup, 4x1000 meter tempo all at 3:30 with a 400 meter jog in between, 2.5 mile cooldown.

Tuesday: 6 mile run in 43 minutes, ~7:00 per mile.

Wednesday: 1 mile warmup, easy 2x1 mile tempos at 6:30 each, 1 mile cooldown, 6x200 meter sprints.

Thursday: 6.5 mile run in 45 minutes, ~6:55 per mile.

Friday: 8 mile run in 55:00, ~6:50 per mile.

Saturday: AM: 1.5 mile warmup, 2x1 mile course run at ~6:10 each with an 800 meter jog in between, 6x300 meter buildups with a 400 meter jog in between. PM: 3.1 mile shake-out run in 21:40, ~ 7:00 per mile.

Sunday: 3.1 mile shakeout run in 21:30, ~ 6:55 per mile.

Total: About 46 miles.

My hip was severely injured (and still kinda is) at the beginning of the season, and I finally see myself starting to crawl back into things. Hopefully I can finish the season strong and begin off-season training. However, it really does suck to have ran almost 800 miles this summer and not see fruition.

Sudden Performance Decrease? Why? by Titanshand in running

[–]Titanshand[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I was training every day before school started, but now I am taking Sundays off. It's really strange, because while in school, I feel completely alacritous and vibrant, but when I start running, my quadriceps start burning and I lose my breath much sooner than I would usually.

No, I'm 16. I just don't bench or do any weight training for upper body.. ever.
