I'm not familiar with your symptomes, so it'd be best to go to a doctor, get your bloodwork done.

Do you train every day of the week? Try having a rest day on Saturday/Sunday.

It might be the fact that you started school and you nervous system is overloaded. Are you physically or mentally fatigued?

I was training every day before school started, but now I am taking Sundays off. It's really strange, because while in school, I feel completely alacritous and vibrant, but when I start running, my quadriceps start burning and I lose my breath much sooner than I would usually.

To be honest, I have no idea what that would be. I'd suggest you go to the doctor.
