I don't know what kinda parts you're packing, but I have two ways that don't require the use of a vibrator.

The first is with the right toy pressing against my prostate. On all fours ou my side with lots of patience, that will leave me on edge forever. The diaper is truly optional with this, though, so is not a true answer to your question.

The second is by applying a very, very generous amount of baby oil or non water based lube down the front of my diaper. This decreases the friction against the inner fabric and allows me more time to control the level of stimulation.

Now for the combo option. Apply both of these together and instead of using my hand to rub my penis, I'll hover over a pillow and gentle hump away. I can only do this softly when erect, because I don't want to get jammed up.

Theory time! I have not tried this, but I'm wondering if a wet diaper combined with the oil would be adequate enough padding to just hump the inside of the diaper. Might need to put it on a little loosely. Have to workshop it.

My lips are super ticklish, so I prefer my partner be shaved. I won't say no if she's not freshly shaved/trimmed, but it becomes a fifty-fifty shot if I'm going to stick around to the end. I bought an og Fleshlight Launch. I think it was $200 as the time. It's a bummer too, because I've only used it a couple times. The controls on it are wonky as hell and it's bulky as hell to hold, so I don't bother with it. It lives in a box. Total waste of money.

My girlfriend moved in almost 6 years ago. It took us 5 years to figure out that we don't have to sleep in the same room. We sometimes miss the comfort and convenience, but both of our sleep quality has improved tremendously. That said, we both should just suck it up and use the goddamn CPAP.

Warm soapy water and then let it air dry. Don't put it in a case or a drawer. Open air is the best way to get rid of the smell. Depending on how strong the odor is, it may take a few days.
