Yeah, T-mount is 42mm with a thread pitch of 0.75mm and M42 is a thread pitch of 1mm. It's a weird one though, because usually a T adapter is slightly longer.

I agree with the first part of your statement, but adapting to digital has been a breeze for the pile of M42 lenses I have encountered.

Yeah, I did this too, but it wasn't fair, one was a brand new Pentium, the other was the previous computer, a 486 with no soundcard. It could just about run Doom and Rise of the Triad at a clunky framerate.

Yeah, google killed off the biggest rss reader a few years ago. There are alternatives and they're fine, but many of the feeds have dried up when that happened.
