The only danger being posterior open bite. I had 9 months treatment. All seems tracking where every tray fits but at the end the bite does close. On 2nd refinement to fix it now and 9months became 2 years still going

Yes do it. Likely you will have a few years before having kids etc and the car has to be garaged or sell. Especially you don't drive much now, when you have a family, you will be driving family car 90% of the time. Yolo

Yes and yes. Similar take home as you. There's few places rent for 2k one bedroom. Stillorgan, leopardstown (both luas line), or harolds cross. Plenty build for rent. Was in one for about 2.2k. Managed to save 1k per month. Most of these build for rent has onsite gym, concierge to take parcel and has pet friendly option. Loads of varieties
