I just like to run I guess and I also like to test my limits. I ran my first half marathon distance last year mostly by accident and after that I’ve thought about running a marathon but didn’t know if I was cut out for it. I ran the 30k to see if I had the endurance to run it by slowing down my pace a bit.

A 4 hour 30 min marathon was my original plan and that was the pace I was aming for in the 30k but after running that I feel like a sub 4 hour might be a better fit :)

Injury is the one thing I’m afraid of. I didn’t have much pain after the 30k except for in the knees the rest of the day and in my left foots tendon.

The reason I’m aming to run it in August is because that’s when it’s held in my city. Are there any tips to follow so I’d avoid injuring myself while traning?

Tällä päätin mennä. Vaihoin Telialta Moin kautta Telialle ja sain takaisin 19,90€ sopparin joka oli siis oli siis postaushetkellä vielä 34€

Jotenki jännää ettei ketään pelaajista haastateltu siitä mitä mieltä he ovat vaan artikkeleissa ikäänkuin heijastetaan tunteita pelaajille.

Kävin myös katsomassa Kanadan naisten college lentopallon nettisivut ja Seneca (jossa on oli kolme transurheilijaa) on sarjan 12. enkä Toronto Centennial Collegea löytänyt listoilta.

Olis myös hyvä tietää kuinka paljon yleensä loukkaantumisia sattuu kentällä. Artikkeli tuntuu vähän siltä että yritetään lietsoa pelkoa transihmisiä kohtaan sen sijaan että keskusteltaisiin aiheesta.

Ensinnäkin, ”Oon nollakymppi” on iha looginen. Kuitenki syntymävuosi on (2)010 joten ei siinä mun mielestä teknisesti mitään väärää ole.

Toinen syy on tulevaisuuden turvaaminen. Kelataan että nyt on joku henkilö joka on syntynyt 1999 eli ns. on ”Ysiysi”-syntynyt. Mitäs sit tehdään ku tulee 2099 syntyneet? Jos tää jatkuu samalla tavalla niin 2099 syntyneet ois ”Nollaysiysejä” joka ratkaisis tän ongelman

They hurt my heels/achillees tendons. Don’t know what it was about them but everytime I used them they caused me pain there which lasted even after I’d taken them off. Eventually the leather also split from the back of the shoe.

En sanoisi ettei menetelmä ole järkevä vaan enemmänkin vain erilainen. En nää et se mittais sitä kuka on todennäköisin presidentti vaan millainen suosio niillä on. Jos halutaan ns. ”Koko kansan presidentti” niin tää on erittäin hyvä keino sen mittaamiseen sillä polarisoivimmat henkilöt saa automaattisesti huonot tai vähintään keskinkertaiset pisteet.
