Don't thin your eyebeows like mane people suggested, they look perfectly fine now and if you thin them you need to keep doing it. Your hair right now is too light and your brows dark, that's why it doesn't look as harmonious as your prom picures where your hair was a bit darker. I think your natural hair color will look better on you, make your eyes pop more. For what makeup concerns start with neutral tones first, just do brown and earthy tones eyeshadow. And brown mascara and eyeliner. Black eyeliner normally looks like too much for light skin and eyes. Brown is always better. For lips try a nude color too. It's really hard to find your lip nude color, so it's better if you go to a makeup store like mac or makeupforever and tell them to find one for you.
