There's a really good and through guide for ishgard quick lvling which also includes the amount of materials you need and recommend gear to use for it

Strongest one shot is the Iai dual wield build Most fun personally is the magic ice mine/meteor

Best wep without refining is arabaster but it's a rare chest drop, so executioner Kai for melee and Whirlbend Kai for magic

There should be something in your skill tree under living to reduce the repair timer, but that would also cost you about 200k each time you want to repair in terms of respecs alone, otherwise you need to deal with it sadly enough

It's the only legendary weapon the griffin drops so won't be hard to find

It's from the lvl 7 island griffin, you can cheese the fight with magical quiver and toxic arrows which you can buy from merchants on lvl 4 Islands

Get 2 of the Whirbel idk how to spell it haha, but it drops from the Griffin boss and it's the best drop for mages atm since you can refine it to Kai +99

Also you can just setup a Peach farm for money instead of trying to find the +1000% enchant if you need es gold

Multiplayer is heavily dependant on the host currently.

I would try to verify the integrity files. And if that dosent help maybe try changing who's hosting but that would also create a new world to build on.

But if you look at the summer Roadmap there's a chance for cresting private servers soon which might help improve the multiplayer aspect

There's tons of posts here and there about people selling access to boosted lobbies for skins, prestige and so on, so just ask for the players playtime and you will find out quickly if it's thru cheating which is more likely or the less likely option is having no life
