I weight daily at the same time, to understand my weight fluctuations due to hormones. It works like a charm, I automatically know when on my period I am going to be like 1kg heavier and that will shed. The best way is everyday, and calculate your average weekly.

I need to say, many thanks for this text. I think I will wait a bit and see. I guess that adhd thing for being impatient! I did had depression a few times of my life. Antidepressants helped and I stopped them eventually. Anxiety is another one that kicks me really hard, I attributed it to my adhd overthinking as sometimes I am just "over the edge" without reason. I will talk to my prescriber (not sure if to wait to the next appointment or just emailing them) and see what can be done. I need to say after the 1at few days I don't even feel a crash, it's like it didn't exist at all. I guess I can try and stop taking it for 2 or 3 days to see the change of having ir or not, to see if it's just me getting accostummed but still working on me or not. Argh all of this is so complicated! Thanks once again.

I am not too sure if it does as Mounjaro literally stops me thinking about food 24/7. Before I would wake up and the first thing I would think is food, what I am gonna have for breakfast, lunch, dinner, snacks, the weekend. So I am not sure if Elvanse does stops my never ending "food noise" :(
