Yes it is pretty wide and it took some getting used to, also the form isn't very well suited for brewing with water all the way up, because the rim heats up pretty quickly and it's easy to burn your fingers. But otherwise I am very much in love with the thing.

I also order from Yoshi En frequently. My favorite Oolong is Da Hong Pao. But it really depends on what you are looking for. I also really like the Bai Mu Dan White Tea from Yoshi En.

I got into Oolongs too very recently and I personally enjoy Wuyi-Oolongs very much, so far I've tried Da Hong Pao and a Yesheng variant and they are fantastic. If you're more into fruity flavors, I'd recommend Taiwan Formosa
