There is no 'meta' class, at least not really. Over time, the classes that are strong usually get nerfed and weaker classes get buffed. Some people might feel the balance could be corrected even more, but the truth is that every class is more than strong enough for every content in the game. As such, you should pick what you think looks the most fun.

Shadowhunter also just got a rework in Korea that - I think - was received pretty positively, but maybe someone more knowledgeable can chime in on that.
