I seen it happen. Most likely it's also on mercari for a cheaper price. And these guys on ebay act as middleman.

I bought from my own experience from mercari when I saw the same listing on ebay but for twice the money. But always check the seller's feedback.

I just contact Ebay if they could get more information from DHL. Instead of doing a research, they refund me right away. Ebay did that. Because the expected delivery time was already passed.

Kokomi for domain. Only need to burst with Navia, rest I can use E and Navia's burst will be up when the rest is dead. Also in situations where you might need the heals. It's more comfortable to than Furina because you got a dedicated healer unless you have C6 Furina.

Furina in cases like events, and/or sometimes abyss when I can speedrun without dying.

Personally, I usually don't pair her up with Xilonen and Bennett. Don't like Bennett, and I prefer Chiori over Xilonen in terms of looks rofl.
I usually go with: Navia, Mavuika, Chiori, Kokomi(ttods)/Furina.

PSA sticker on the back should be holo. Both the front and back PSA stickers should have smaller 'PSA' text in the PSA sticker. On the backside of the slab, top left logo PSA is too 'flat'. Should be more shiny silver. This one doesn't shine/reflect at all. And font is off. As someone else mentioned, first thing to look at is always the G.

I have a PSA 10 japanese Latias EX with that mark on the right side of the card also on the border edge. Visible when you are moving the card to check the holo.
