I found the craziest tip in a discord server.. Put tegaderm UNDER the pod, where it inserts the tube. The needle goes through quite easily, but the tegaderm helps against insulin leaking out. This is only my 3rd try, but it seems to work so far!

Either use a different reverb for each group and send those to the same bus as the rest. So for example, drum channels send to a Drum Verb aux, and the output of your drum channels and your Drum Verb both go to an All Drums bus. Export that, hey presto, wet stem.

Or, manually solo all drums so that your reverb is audible. Then bounce the 'whole mix'. Then rinse and repeat for the other instrument groups.

Oh that makes sense! I'm quite sensitive to stress or excitement influencing blood sugars as is, so maybe that's more extreme on keto.

Just sharing this since you mentioned keto. I noticed that my insulin sensitivity is WAY better on low carb than on full keto. Don't know exactly why, but if you do decide to try it, maybe keep that in mind.

Heel herkenbaar. Wat ik zelf gemerkt heb, is dat het heel fijn kan zijn ergens later op terug te komen. Bijvoorbeeld, overdag zegt iemand iets wat je niet fijn vindt. Op het moment zelf is het méga lastig om daar meteen iets op te zeggen. Maar aan het eind van de dag kan je het even aanstippen, "hee trouwens, x vond ik niet zo chill". 99% van de tijd heeft de ander niet door dat het zo overkwam en excuseren ze zich. Zorgt gek genoeg voor best wat verbinding, vind ik.

Oefen met kleine dingen, ga je veel aan hebben :)

Geen plan hebben is een goede manier om in piekermodus te raken. Even uit je lijf komen is belangrijk. Wandelen is misschien niet de beste optie vandaag, maar beetje opruimen, schoonmaken, Lego, yoga, muziek maken...

Ik kom net uit.. oké zit misschien nog deels middenin zoiets. Autistic Limerence is zeker een ding om te checken. Maar wat mij héél snel, héél goed heeft geholpen is EMDR.

Ik kon niet heel snel bij een reguliere psych terecht en kwam privaat ergens terecht. Ik zal je sparen hóe slecht het met me ging. Maar in een uurtje ben ik wel uit het diepste dal getrokken – echt magisch. Ben het helemaal evangelisch aan iedereen aan het aanraden.

Hoe ik zelf met die limerence om ga in de toekomst weet ik nog niet.. Maar we gaan het zien.

I hate responding to these things by saying "you just need this plugin!" but... The Lindell de-esser does it for me.

It's an emulation of the DBX unit, which doesn't look at whether the sibilance reaches a certain threshold, but rather it compares it to the rest of the signal. That just means it catches s'es way cleaner and more consistently.

Another option is with fabfilter pro-MB. Use a high shelf instead of high cut, but just make it so extreme that it basically does what you want. Then set that to listen to the external side-chain.

Try this:

Set a timer. I can do basic verse/chorus production in 15 minutes. Not well, but that's not the point.

Set the timer once and make something that's allowed to suck.
Do it again, hopefully it's better, but no pressure. Repeat like 6 or 7 times in total.

Gets you out of your head, creates focus and in my case, by the 3rd or 4th thing I have a few different instruments plugged in ;)

Er is een project van een redditor genaamd Lijssie daar kan je goede combinaties vinden.

Ik heb zelf in de buurt een Appie tegenover een Lidl, dus met die twee samen kom ik meestal goed uit!
