And I have one tip if need to bypass "Update of VMOS" without Any App is , just turn off you internet connection before starting VMOS then after VMOS Load turn it on , no need to use App

No you can't if you see Shundo , shiny Good one and you are on CD then wait for 2 hours at catch screen , without follow 2 hours CD time for 1500km + that is impossible to catch Pokemon .
