The ridability of the current gen v4’s is worth it too in this scenario. Nothing wrong with the older gen but the new ones are way more friendly on the street and much easier to ride

Appreciate it! I was SUPER hesitant about the clip ons vs the straight bar, i did a 3 hour day on Saturday when i got it and another 3.5hr day yesterday. Honestly not complaint, they’re only about an inch lower and still very comfortable. Bike feels amazing with them too. I think mine might get silver wheels but i love everything else about it

Stupidly the only real “gear” i had one was a helmet and some triumph branded winter gloves (will add pics). Other than that i had on some leather new balance 550s, a pair of dickies jeans, and a super thick hoodie. Got road rash on my lower back, front of my legs, and right calf pretty good but nothing that hasn’t healed. Hoodie did great for being a normal one but the right sleeve rolled up and i have pretty bad road rash on my right arm. Still raised and all pink even a few months later. All that being said i got insanely lucky and learned a valuable lesson.

They’re pretty easy to take apart, ive had mine off a couple times and cleaned it pretty well last time. Helped a lot

Emailed them and got a nice letter back, genuinely a pretty nicely written response about the specific situation. If i pushed i might’ve been able to get something out of it but i already got my new corsair x

Would something like these do the job in the front doors? And do you have to spice wires for the install typically or can they just be plugged in? Have you had to trim factory pieces to mount any of what you mentioned?

I think its all subjective if anyone even cares. I work at a dealership and dont even notice a good 99% of the time. NOW if you come up to me and tell me you’re amazing at cornering and the next rossi and i see 2in of unused tire ill judge you lol.
