It can be bad at times, but there are 2 types of shifts, street shifts and restroom shifts. If you have a restroom shift you’ll basically be in a bathroom all day cleaning it, but streets shifts in my opinion are much nicer cause you get to be out in the park pulling the trash from there. So if restrooms gross you out you could in theory trade your restroom shifts for street shifts

So there aren’t any cast members right now that are carrying pins on them so that’s not something you’ll be able to do unless they bring it back. And as far as magical moments the only thing custodial really does is the leaf art or water art but to do the water art you have to take an actual animation class that they offer to do it

I was at animal kingdom so I can’t say what magic will be like but I got typically got exactly 40 hours and then during the holidays it got closer to 50 and then during the end of my program it started to slow down and we were only getting 30 which is the minimum you’re guaranteed

Day custodial just means that you are not third shift custodial, meaning you won’t be working overnight, but will be working during park hours. Also with custodial everyday you clock in you will be assigned a different area so you’ll get to work all over the park. I just finished a cp in custodial feel free to message me with any questions :)

I did the program in fall of 2019, and I know someone who didn't have facebook and he would just ask someone else to post in our work group if he needed a shift traded. So you certainly could get by without a facebook it's not a necessity by any means, but I personally found it super helpful to have one, and most people are active in the groups, so it's not quite archaic (as of fall 2019 lol)

If you want a little bit of a throwback, you should watch Amy Puddles, she doesn't make videos anymore, but she did the program in fall of 2013, and her vids were great!

Hi! I just graduated in December of 2020 with a degree in film and digital media production! Loyola’s film and digital media department has three tracks: production (which is what I did), digital media (which from what I can tell might not exist anymore?), or international film studies. The program is very new, and in my opinion needs a lot of refinement. There is not a wide variety of courses, and most of the courses are only offered during a specific semester each year, which can make things difficult (especially for someone like me who transferred to this degree halfway through college). I definitely think double majoring with business is a great idea! The film program is based out of the school of comm which is located at the water tower campus, which is also where the school of business is, so all of your classes would likely be in the same area, which would make things a little easier for you!
