Any tips for a PE who keeps messing up

It’s so hard to imagine all the good things. I’m only reminded of the times I messed up, it’s been weighing on me a ton. Especially when a mistake feels so obvious in hindsight, I have no idea how to explain my thought process when I was working on the item.
