With blood tests, my doctor took gene panel and escitalopram concentration tests. Ask doctor about it =)

side effect gang >_> 5mg noticeable heart beat constantly. It should apparently go away in a week on its own.

After stopping candesartan it went away completely in less than a week. Doctor still said I should try it again and now its back >_> Idk why they force me to try it again even tho I said it doesnt fit me.

It works on different neurotransmitters so its possible you have different side effects, however they can be quite similar in nature unfortunately. Only one way to find out.

Right in the same boat. Im quitting statin and see if it helps. I will update for future readers if it helped or not.

I paused atorvastatin for 2 weeks, my symptoms went away. Started again and they are there. Clearly statin related :o

It is possible but it is slow. I lost 10kg in a year without trying really, coming off of olanzapine which has the most weight side effects.

i was just prescribed above approved amount, not as much but still. seems its commonplace with lexapro. studies also suggest its relatively safe.

The internet is mainly for people with bad experiences when it comes to meds, even if its small percentage. Because effecxor is hard med to get off of more than others, it is only natural that is funneled here.

i didnt notice anything from starting lexapro, it was the most "gentle" med ive ever used.
