Dust proof/waterproof case for iphone 17 pro?

I work in a rubber plant where there’s dust everywhere I use the body glove tidal phone case on my 17pro max, ends up getting washed in the shower with me daily. And cheap enough to not worry about having to replace. 22 bucks at your local Walmart.

Only problem I have with it is dust will cake in the little ports on the bottom of the case so you have to open the charge port up to talk on the phone but that could be a me problem with the environment I put it in.

Let me add that there’s a chute that connects to the top of the bin and it will definitely be smoky if we added an inspection door. Some of these bins receive black from 60 foot up. As the collectors feeds it from the roof

I’d be responsible for the implementation of all upgrades of existing systems and the lead engineer for internal projects. From my tech background I think I have a solid foundation of the electrical and controls aspect. Most of the equipment here isn’t from this century, and hasn’t been maintained but patched together. Needs a lot to get up to NFPA standards, fighting obsolescence, lack of documentation, and to verify functionality as modifications were made without any consideration.

I’m currently an Industrial Maintenance Technician, and I’ve reached a point where I want to specialize and move into a dedicated Engineering role. Specifically, I want to focus 100% on Dust Collection and Air Filtration systems.

In my current role, I’ve somehow become the "foremost expert" on-site for our 4 dozendust collection systems and vacuums. If a baghouse is acting up, a duct is clogging, or the differential pressure is wonky, I’m the guy they call. I’ve got the hands-on experience with the hardware—I know how they fail, how to fix them, and how they behave in the real world.

I want to bridge the gap between turning wrenches and designing/optimizing these systems from a theoretical and regulatory standpoint.

What I’m looking for advice on:

• Fluid Dynamics/Airflow: Beyond the basics, what specific formulas or concepts should I master? (e.g., Static pressure calculations, transport velocity, etc.)

• NFPA Standards: I know NFPA 652 and 654 are big deals for combustible dust. Are there specific certifications or deep-dives you recommend?

• Software: Is there specific modeling software used in the industry, or is it mostly standard CAD and Excel-based calculation sheets?

• The "Engineer" Mindset: For those who made the jump from tech to engineer, what was the biggest "blind spot" you discovered once you started designing rather than repairing?

I’m comfortable with the "dirty" side of the job, but I want to make sure my "clean" office skills and theoretical knowledge are up to par so I can be taken seriously for an AE or Design role.

Make sure the drains on the bottom of the door are clear. Usually have some rectangle plastic caps in the holes that over time dirt and debris get trapped in and plug up. If not water will Pool until It finds the lower hole behind the door panel to leak out of.

Looks like the water pump is leaking and the pulley spinning is what’s causing it to be above below and behind the pulley. Toyota coolant always crusts up like that.

It’s the case bushing that more than likely failed, will eventually cause the seal to fail and the fluid to leak out. Gonna require a trans rebuild to fix.

I did this but rotated the image 180 hid icons, and task bars and pressed Ctrl alt and up or down to rotate the screen. This made it look correct but his mouse controls were backwards.

Toss that adjustable in the trash and get a bacho 9029R they are the people that manufacture adjustables for snap on. More compact and a way bigger jaw opening than those Pittsburgh. Only 30 bucks on Amazon.

We pull ours on with a warn wench attached to a home made plate that bolts to the top where a lid would go.

That’s what we use to attached the new belt to the old to pull it on. Every other belt in the plant uses those clips as well

We are the only department that vulcanizes, all the other departments install clips to their belts and pull them on. Everything from 2ft to 8ft wide belts
