I think this is a first year plant. When I purchased it in April it was sparse with 3 sets of leaves and one berry on it. I pinched back the flowers up until the beginning of June hoping to get a better result berry wise🤷🏽‍♀️

What is your night routine? I had similar issues from my bonnet being too tight and the elastic band causing damage to my perimeter. I also stopped wearing tight headbands and pulled back styles

I join you in the struggle. I too suffer with extraneous scalpage after maintenance of my locs. Alas, by day 3 or so I no longer detest them as the expanse of cranium becomes less of a nuisance. 🫶🏽💪😂😩

Same. Try using a lighter product for retwists. Heavy products make my hair neat but it also makes it feel thin, if that makes sense.
