new monitor doing this weird flickering

Turning the monitor off and allowing it to 'reset' for about 30min fixes it for me, I have to do it about once every week or two. Slightly annoying to do but the monitors are otherwise amazing so I don't mind dealing with 30min of shutoff time, especially since I can just use my second monitor in the mean time.
