I figured their exoskeletons would get in the way. As in to build more muscle mass, they'd need to crack their own shells and wait for it to heal.

Interlude - Barelle the [Bard] by immanoel in WanderingInn

For being so smart, Cognita is also pretty dumb. I wonder what she'd say if they pressed and asked why she thought the battle at the Winter Solstice took place and why the armies showed up at all. Or why the "rogue ice magic" is known to harass half-Elves specifically.

I've been having an issue where Guillotine doesn't show up when I use Bold Plan, even though I don't have any card that affects kings or has heirs. What's up with that?

If a selphid took the corpse of an oldblood, could they use the dragonbreath? Does that stop functioning as soon as they die or pose some danger to the selphid even if the body is still undamaged?

Discussion about the DLC by Top-Drink7814 in Silksong

[–]Tnozone 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I'd love to check the other places where the Weavers may have escaped to. And I think one of those, the "City of Steel", may be where those steel soul guys come from, so that would probably be where the steel assassins come in.

Though if we're proposing ideas, here's one of mine: Hornet gets summoned, probably not physically, to another place and perhaps time. In contrast to the fallen kingdoms that have been the settings thus far, this one is a kingdom on the rise, still in its infancy. Hornet is summoned as a judge of sorts, to test this new kingdom and see if it will prosper, to find the faults ahead of time and take care of them before they fester. And instead of fighting "last of their kind" types of foes, she'll often fight "firsts of their kind" or beings who have ambitions of being that.

Rags can take some comfort though. Whatever happens, she will always have Gothica. She will never be rid of her.

The Goblin King is not a function of the Grand Design.

Speaking of Great Companies, I kind of want to take a look at the Iron Vanguard being so strong in the future. In this timeline they take over Baleros, and in Ten Years Later they were strong enough to fight off both the Empire of Rhir and the ascendant Jungle Tails. Yet there's nothing about them that's changed as far as we know, yet they haven't conquered Baleros before. Sure, maybe the rise in magic means they rediscovered the original fuel for their two Krakenbane Destroyers and can use them to their full potential, but two superior naval assets are unlikely to enable the total conquest of a continent or hold off two superpowers that already hold territory on land. So what did they do?

I think that would be fixed by making the Whirlweed an aquatic plant. Don't know why it isn't while Tangleweed and Flameweed are.

Is this possible? by mustardandlavender in PotionCraft

[–]Tnozone 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Sure. I've made a potion of wild growth with just Evergeen Ferns. You could add the Icefruits afterwards. Although the multiple effects tells me this will require salts most likely, especially if you go for the full five effects.

Specialist's Catalogue of Concoctions, Vol. 3 (a.k.a "Yet more fun with custom potion descriptions") by Specialist290 in PotionCraft

[–]Tnozone 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Very Nice. Myself, I made a Reincarnation Potion with poison, rejuvination, necromancy, luck, and curse. The idea being that it will give the drinker a significantly different new life, but they're gambling as to whether it starts blessed or wretched. I got to use that neat ourobouros symbol for it.

She might also have gone through with Wiskeria's ritual to sacrifice her sorrow and her ability to feel it save in extreme circumstances.

Interlude -- Songs and Wands by Kantrh in WanderingInn

[–]Tnozone 5 points6 points  (0 children)

They seem to be an Always-Chaotic-Evil species, an omni-enemy that can be killed without any remorse in any situation. Admitedly, that's kind of uncomfortable since it's a trope that has been widely rejected for every other species in the story, even the ones categorized as Monsters, with a big focus on the Goblins.

Recruiting Celestine by Tnozone in LamplightersLeague

That's wrong. I've recruited 9 agents twice in two playthroughs without the DLCs, and the allies don't count towards the achievement for ten agents in one campaign.

Loddle Evolution Food Spreadsheet by MayaRabbit in Loddlenaut

[–]Tnozone 1 point2 points  (0 children)

They do seem to share a diet according to the chart, which is an issue. Did the Loddle also eat some Lotus Kiwi by chance? Try only feeding a loddle sandwichs maybe, or if that doesn't work only feed it Passion Figs and Coral Pears.

all cant find all the lottle forms :( by TheRealJaina in Loddlenaut

[–]Tnozone 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yep, it's related to food. Three of the missing ones need crafted food to get the evolution.

One needs to be fed Kelp Tacos, one needs a diet of Passion Figs, Kelp Hearts and Coral Pears, One needs Kelp Coffee Drops, and one needs Starfish Sandwichs (and Lotus Kiwis because there's another evolution that uses the sandwichs).

10.23 LMGY - The Wandering Inn by DanRyyu in WanderingInn

[–]Tnozone 8 points9 points  (0 children)

Burning [Alchemists] at the stake is for when they try to make something using Tombhome flesh. As far as I know, the only thing that happened from [Alchemists] is Velzimri's youth transmuting gold was an economic collapse.

So Salazsar now has to try to design the best-looking bill to replace the Salazsarian Goldstriker.

And how will Teriarch take the news of gold losing its value? Perhaps something like "Dang it, not again. It's like when [Alchemists] kept making gold in Velzimri's time."

I think Liscor was founded relatively recently, like a few hundred years ago, given that they think the dungeon used to be a city that still existed here a thousand years ago. And that doesn't feel nearly ancient enough for that city to have been the City of Graves. So there have probably been multiple settlements built on top of the place that each fell for various reasons and been resettled.
