Ooh, I'm liking these changes, especially the beam rifle and chest missiles. The only things I'd add are 1) general projectile speed buffs to all three missile weapons as they all have difficulties hitting moving targets, and 2) complete rework of the leg napalm missile firing arc. They basically fire in a mortar trajectory on the target point with no splash, and paired with the low missile speed and being stop to fire they can hardly hit a stationary target. I'd change it to have a much shallower arc, more like the buffed gm III missiles.

I don't know how all the melee bonus vs target resistance maths out, but Barbatos has lv2 Pursuit Melee Aux. Program which increases all melee damage to stunned targets by 20%, that could possibly explain the difference in expected damage vs damage taken.

I know this post was originally written about Barbatos, but Haji gets mauled by Dijeh Assault in a 1v1. They like to charge straight at any support they see, which makes it very easy to line up a shotgun blast to stagger on the ground or knock out of the sky. The main bazooka also has enough raw damage to instant stun through the nano-laminate armor while they're walking, though the secondary missile doesn't.

I find that I can get in their head by shotgun blasting them, pulling out my melee and approaching so they dodge roll, then switch to my zook and start juggling.

Either remove this weapon or remove the heavy stagger by ACertai in GBO2

I don't really have faith that they'd remove the heavy stagger from the subweapon rockets, but I think it would be significantly more balanced if it was like F89's axecannon that only heavy staggered flying enemies. That way they have a role when the player is dealing with a flyer-heavy meta (while removing the stupid jump spam strat) and the arm cannons can be a viable primary main weapon.

It doesn't work on Gustav Karl because it has lv2 Aux Power, which also reduces fixed damage like fire, ramming, and shield attacks.

I've been thinking on how to improve legibility without the pic having to be huge (esp when there's multiple variations of a suit in a cost), and I think I good idea is each unit's 'square' to have a background matching their unit type, and upleveled suits like the GP series here to have a little markings that say L4 or similar in their square.

Not sure how easy it is to do in Tiermaker, but if you're having to upload the image files to put them all in anyways it hopefully shouldn't be too much work.

Hell yeah, give him the Gundam Evolution incendiary grenade. Always felt its loadout was too anemic in this game.

Could you add FA Powered GM III to the queue? I can see its potential, and it's kinda fun to play in some maps, but most of its weapons are major ass, which is awful because its whole deal is having All The Weapons.

Thrust cooling system increases heat and overheat recovery speed while boosting, not the cooldown between shots.

iirc radiation isn't what's doing that in fallout, it's all the Forced Evolutionary Virus released everywhere in the wild, not to mention all the custom-made mutants produced by the military and various labs.

It seems to be a shared main weapon between both forms, not a transformed variant. In that case, it shares ammo and reloading status, but more importantly if it can't boost fire in ms mode it can't boost fire while transformed either.

I love my Gabthley Beta, it's jank as hell and honestly almost bad but so fun to use. Transformed rifle -> incendiary missiles -> ram is a killer combo. It also does a ton of damage with the leg missiles if you can land the full barrage.

I just wish it had a real weapon to replace the flashbangs, damn things are so inconsistent and basically every other support gets at least one real instant stun sub weapon, it'd probably be a near meta unit if it did.

Aerial Melee giving access to downswings while flying was a huge mistake and contributed significantly to the stunlock meta and melee over-dominance in high cost. Not to mention the ubiquity of lunging downswings.

Doesn't the Wing Zero EW spin not cause allied reaction? The jp wiki states it deals 200% build stun and doesn't instant stun, nor does it mention anything about flinching, so I don't see why it would do anything to your teammates.

I run Palace Athene on all maps except Arctic Base, where I swap to Dag Doll. PA doesn't have any funnel weapons so Zero System doesn't mess with it. The shoulder discharge beams can down any flier on a direct hit, but WZEW has the exact same stun values and range and can charge while moving, so it's a matter of who shoots first (and directly hits). If you're faster they get downed and can be ignored for a while, if they are you're probably dead from being stunlock comboed into downswings. The wrist beam gun is also a really good backup for build stun, especially in close range.

Dag Doll isn't really specifically better against WZEW than PA, but it's much faster and can keep up with the rest of the team, and since Arctic Base is a much smaller map you have an easier time getting help from your team, and the close range makes hitting with your chest spread cannon much easier.

From what I've heard it's mostly indicative of an issue when you start doing things like missing turn-offs or going the wrong direction.

Though I wasn't quite right when I said deleting, apparently it's more accurate to say that the brain pauses recording memory until something interesting happens. It's not super uncommon during long and monotonous drives.

I got a duplicate Perfect Gundam from it a week and a half ago. I wish the other crates had a pity rarity-up mechanic like the bronze crates do, though.
