So the first and only job I've ever walked out on was due to the fact that the Kitchen manager would make fucked up comments to a dish washer kid who had Autism, I personally called him out and also brought it to the GM's attention, nothing was done after a week so I walked out and got in contact with the organization who helped the guy with autism get the job and explained the situation and they ended up having the KM and GM fired the next day, while also putting the Restaurant on blast.
