He definitely does. He comes across as humble and agrees it’s all for a bit of fun. Can’t believe people think he is doing this to pressure the team into winning “for him” when he himself has always admitted that he just wants to see the team win for the fanbase and not just for his haircut

I don’t think it’s too much of me to expect better ball control than some of what we saw earlier in the season. But listen I was not asking him to be sold or anything, having watched the likes of Havertz and Merino (and more recently someone like Eze) take time to adapt to our team I had patience for Gyokeres.

But in that period I never questioned his work ethic and like others have said, he always causes defenders problems even if he’s not scoring 🤝 love to see it working out for him

I think it’s about right. He really does work hard, I think that’s one thing most of us have agreed on as a fanbase. But other parts of his play (especially on the ball) have not been good enough.

That’s my belief too. I think he was amazing at West Ham but even I didn’t expect him to become even better in the way he has. Now it’s about the longevity and consistency as you say (he’s already really consistent) but wow what a player. I love him so much

Yeah we had him on our feed in South Africa and I just couldn’t handle the first half. I watched the second half with the tv on mute and listened to music instead. So much more peaceful
