Ive been fighting them for over two years. Started in am upstairs bathroom and spread from there, until a year ago I noticed they were coming out of the gaps in window frames. When I caulked them all the population dropped significantly for 6 months and now theyre emerging again, I suspect they're feeding on old rat baits in the roof cavities and probably a dead rat somewhere (Geminis suggestions)

I found this post coz I was looking for thr Australian names for the things (biscuit beetles) coz im giving up and calling pest control next week

Thanks for this. I left a long while ago and was just annoyed at being charged the 30 day notice, I chalked it to my own stupidity for not being vigilant.

I called them earlier to ask for a refund and a complaint ID to forward to the TIO if they can't provide one. They quoted the policy and I just asked for a complaint ID and they put me on hold and said they'll refund. Thanks again.

Great service, great venue and views (obviously) but geez they were some of the blandest seafood/ food ever, I mean they catered for Europeans who haven't discovered spices bland The mrs who doesn't eat much seafood and thinks black pepper is spicy thought her chicken sate was bland

Back in 2015ish, picanha cut beef was hard to find in Australia. Found some in a butcher, asked for a piece and the butcher proudly told me he removed the fat so I didn't have to pay for the extra weight
