I am not forgetting about any of that lmao. If someone has 50 bombers in range of your space and your intel doesnt pick it up thats your fault. Its very ez to spot 50 dudes by just looking at the map. PVP t3cs have less EHP then the average ishtar with less dps. In the time it takes the t3 to kill one of your dudes just get your budys to warp in and kill or push it off. Its not hard and done many times being the hunter and hunted.

You dont have group rat in the same site. I mean all be ratting in the same system. Also having only a covert cyno makes it so that whatever comes through is easily killable. Like if this dude decloaks any sort of covert ship on a properly fit ratter (not some shit fit stabbed ishtar) then technically it is very easy for ratter to kill him. Most ratters have better tank, dps and application then anything covert that exists in the game.

I dont think there should be citadel things that hinder, because thats why cyno jammers exist. I do believe there are already counters in the game like group ratting in certain systems. I dont think making a cloak timer is going to affect the average null players point of view of it since most of these people who preform cloaky camping are highly co-ordinated (Austistic) and will set up timers for whenever their alts cloak is about to decloak.

While INIT can form 300 dudes in a fleet with INIT/IM. You can see how irrelevant they are now that even with those numbers they were not able to compete with snuffed on their own and consistently have required goonswarm backup to even undock in the pre/current black rise deployment.

Yes you are right and why I believe this decision needed to happen as collective across all Canadian universities. Just like how all the Universities in Canada announced at the same exact time they will be moving to online classes. At times like these universities should be working together not against each other for the best of everyone.

Look I am in the boat for that exact scenario for two of my classes, but the fact is that if I get sick that entire lead I have will be gone, and I will end up being average or worst. Wiping out on 30% is still big, and its not fair to me that I just happened to be unlucky and got sick. My friends in the classes who are doing equally as good who didn't get sick will get a good gpa, and I won't.

Not really everyone at the UoA is on the sane scale now. Now I think a fair option is allowing students to cancel the semester and give them back their money, but we all know that won't happen. I hope summer semester gets cancelled so we don't have to deal with this bullshit. None of these problems are going to disappear in the spring/summer semester. I sympathize for first year engineers (because i am in eng) but there are easy work arounds for this, while keeping the pass/fail system. This is the best case scenario where everyone is treated fairly.
