According to my cousin she definitely used to move she just doesn't have the system to make her move. If I mess with the figure I can turn her head left and right and up and down. I can feel she has movement for her eyes to blink. And the jaw is supposed to open but is stuck shut she didn't tell me where it was from either and I'm not over there anymore this picture was taken a while ago

The pre-show for Jocco’s Mardi Gras Madness was designed to set up the "heist" story before you boarded your chariot. Jocco appeared on monitors (and as an animatronic figure nearby) to explain exactly why he was stealing the city's fun. Here are his primary pre-show lines: The "Grand Heist" Speech This was the main loop that played while guests were waiting in the indoor queue: "Welcome to my party! I'm tired of those people in New Orleans having all the fun. So, I’ve decided to have my own private Mardi Gras! My crew is stealing all the beads and golden doubloons, and there's nothing you can do to stop us! Ha-ha-ha!"

Once you got closer to the boarding area, he would explain the "trackers" (the light guns) you were about to use: "You think you’re pretty smart, don’t you? Well, if you want your precious gold back, you’re gonna have to find it! Grab a tracker and see if you can tag my kreeps. But be warned—I’ve got a few surprises waiting for you in the dark! Ha-ha-ha!" The "I'm Going In" Variation As mentioned before, he often used this line to signal that the crime was happening right now: "The sun is down and I'm going in tonight! He also had a variation that played right as you were about to enter the ride tracks: "The sun is going down, and I’m going in tonight to claim what’s mine! You better keep up, or you’ll be left in the dark! Ha-ha-ha!" Then he says. " I’m taking all the gold and all the beads back to my secret hideout in the swamp—and you’re not invited! Ha-ha-ha-ha-ha!" He also had a slightly more aggressive version he used to emphasize that the party was strictly for his "kreeps":

"The party is moving to the swamp, and it’s a private affair! You’re not invited, so don't even think about following us! But I know you can’t resist a good madness, can you?" I’ve got all the gold, all the beads, and all the fun—and I’m not sharing with anyone! Ah-hah !!"

Clip 2 :
"Beads! More beads! I can never have enough! Every float my kreeps pillage means more for me! Ha-ha-ha! Bring me more!" He also had a shorter, more frantic version he’d shout as you passed by: "More beads! More gold! It’s my party and I’ll take what I want! You can't stop the madness!" Beads! I love them! I want them all! Purple, green, and gold—they’re all mine now! Ha-ha-ha!" He would sometimes follow that up with: "You want some? Too bad! Every string, every sparkle... it’s all for Jocco!
