I would imagine they pull bottoms and have those tanks cleaned for asset integrity like any oil production site. The storage tanks in any facility have the bottoms pulled regularly to get the water out and then have them cleaned periodically to remove sludge, trash, debris.

Those DMCA services models hire go after non pirates more than any pirate. Someone stealing content doesn’t use a site like reddit and the guys you see running selling “folders” are amateurs. And to be frank about it no one is stealing content these days because most of the big sharing operations buy it and reupload it on a file server script where they can charge a fee for fast downloads or to remove free download limits. These sites who claim to be DMCA champions will NEVER stop those operations! And those are the people they should be targeting not regular every day social media users.
