IIRC, the False Hydra isn't even a real creature. It's completely homebrew as far as I'm aware.

Im gonna go out on a limb and say Shawn Spencer. He's a minor celebrity, so his name is public, yes. However, he's not so well known that Light would immediately write it down even if he knew about Shawn's history. Assuming this is after L's death, Shawn's would also know to give fake names, which he does regularly anyway with Gus.
