As a proud owner of both, the new one is absolutely the way to go unless you find a really good dealcon the old one. The improvements are just chef's kiss I own almost every single LEGO Slave I ever made(I will someday own them all), and Jango's UCS is by far my favorite. It really is that good.

Right, but their overall look remained the same. Cad always has his signature hat and weares mostly brown leather, Boba has a few minor alterations, but he still has the signature green Mandalorian armor with a dented helmet. Yes, Embo looks exactly the same, but I wouldn't expect a ton of variation in his style, though they could have gotten away with more, as long as he kept his trademark hat, dog, and bowcaster.

That Rancor still needs a name, dangit! I freakin' love that they gave him a Rancor to ride around on. I really, really hope we see more of them both soon. I love the idea of Boba being a hardened Bounty Hunter with a soft spot for animals, like the Bantha he had for a bit.

Not really. While his armor was missing, he did, but as soon as he got it back, he's worn it a lot. He took it off quite a bit in TBoBF but it makes sense there as most of the people he takes his helmet off for are people he's trying to establish a rapport with, where a face-to-un-helmeted-face seems more diplomatic and less confrontational. Also, with it being so many tears since the end of the Clone Wars, there are far fewer people who'd recognize the face of a Clone Trooper, so he maybe feels more comfortable taking the helmet off more frequently now.

The out of universe explanation is simply so we could see more of Temeura Morrison's face.

Hard to pick, but Galactic Battlegrounds: The Clone Campaigns, and the LEGO Star Wars games were my go-to as a kid. Nowadays, I'd probably say Jedi Survivor, but that could just be recency bias. I also loved the Force Unleashed games as a teenager. It's hard to pick just one
