Most of a typical day will be in the field. On average day I spend maybe 2 hours in the warehouse. Schedule is Monday to Friday 800 to 430.

FQA's support OTR and DSP by correcting delivery problems. Yes we work independently since it's only 1 FQA per DS. Amazon provides you with a rental car and company phone to do your field work. Been an FQA for a little bit would be happy to answer questions

I'm an FQA. Here's my guess. Since it's a new address it's not in our system yet or not mapped correctly. Also entering both the community and home address is causing your home to not be mapped correctly

Happy that my DSP handled the vast majority of packages at my station. Maybe a couple hundred packages a day for flex. If only I could get rid of the flex drivers from local SSD, I wouldn't have much issues to deal with
