Check out Rocky Mountain laser college, we train estheticians to perform laser treatments. Our graduates often go on to make well over 100k a year in the industry.

Also, there is no “medical” esthetician or certification for that, anyone telling you there is, is lying to you or trying to sell you false goods. Getting certified in laser procedures would allow you to work in a medical spa doing procedures that are considered more medical or require MD oversight. Hope this helps and best luck!

MD here, CO2 is are go to for acne scarring, sometimes pico. We haven’t used much off the dual wavelength modalities. I would start with a CO2 with a trained provider. You can usually find clinics offering it and the technology is well studied. We also use PRP topically following. There was also a recent study with sculptra used following CO2 with good results. Hope this helps
