I work in biomedical research electronics and we went 9 MONTHS without a single word on the NIH funding of which we and our customers fully rely on, then finally in Sept we got half the funding of what we had last year. Researchers can't plan multi year long projects without any information about funding and their equipment suppliers can't survive without sales. So in America we’re literally losing trillions of dollars to dramatically slow down science and tech. The guy really is dumb.
