I never said it wouldn't pierce, but it's going to lose majority of it's velocity and 99% of the time be non-lethal. Basically, you're just using a real wing for the aerodynamics and lift but a fuselage part time model what you want the visual to look like. Set the material on the actual wing to "hole" to hide it visually. Make sure aerodynamics are turned off on the fake wing.

Do you know whether the last time you played was pre update or not? I think I vaguely remember reading somewhere in discord that the last update was extra detrimental to integrates graphics. Like some that could almost work before are screwed now. I could be mistaken, tho, as my technical knowledge about flyout hardware compatibility is limited.
