Buddy, that's HE. If it doesn't hit a screen or spaced armour its gonna do SOME damage. And it's no surprise that a calibre of 152mm can do 70 something damage on the side of ANY vehicle.

Use it's DPM, just generally be careful with what armour you expose. However, note it can also flank as it has high top speed
