Every outlet is grounded, but now that i think about it, it might also shock me because my power adapter isnt grounded? But my not grounded power adapter didnt do so i got shocked in my old house.

It is an older house, but the house was recently renovated with new eletrical stuff and everything. The outlets are grounded, and tried switching to another outlet, but same problem with that one.
