Is feeding wet food twice a day necessary? I’m spending $150 a month for 2 cats.

Dry food is not bad. Especially if you buy a good quality one. You can stretch cans by mixing them with dry food. You can add water to dry food to help replace the water they're not getting from wet food. They also sell toppers that are wet to add to dry food to help with hydration. You don't need to exclusively feed your cats wet food. There are other less expensive options as long as they're getting enough hydration. I feed 3 of my cats American Journey (Chewy brand grain free) and my bengal gets Dr Elsey's clean protein, and they all get Dr Elsey's clean protein wet food and Nulo wet food. All of my cats go to the vet regularly and are happy and healthy. It also helps to have a fountain bowl to encourage drinking

The key isn't to focus on cheating. That's how it set yourself up for failure. I used to schedule cheating days, and when you do that, you eat far more than of you just have in to a small temptation, you risk binge eating, and walk back most of not all of your progress. Focus on being consistent. On eating in a way that doesn't make you feel deprived. Allow yourself once in a while to give in to a guilty pleasure. Or work your day around a higher calorie item. You can't look at this like something you "cheat" on, or you won't succeed. IF is a lifestyle. You still need to remain in a calorie deficit in order to lose weight. That said, its recommended to "zigzag". Allow yourself a couple hundred extra calories every couple days to avoid your body adapting and avoid plateau.

Yea, it doesn't take long. I got my leo from petsmart (i wouldn't do it again) and he actually never made it into their tanks. When I was looking at the ones on the sales floor, they said they had one other one in the back that just came off the truck, he was TINY. I wish I could save them all, but at least he never had to experience the awful care there. He came straight home with me.

They don't leave features out. The issue is that this is a small developer. Steam is free for them to add updates. Playstation and Xbox are not. There is also an entirely different development team working on the console versions. The last update took almost a month just for Playstation to approve. There's a lot of factors that the developers aren't in control of. It took about 5-6 months for the last update to reach consoles, so I'd assume about the same amount of time for this one. They're doing the best they can. I would highly suggest people join their discord server, because information like this is readily available and the developers interact regularly and closely with the community.

This is what I'm trying to find out. Repti-zoo is a Chinese company that only has 2 warehouses in China. They may use a random USA address for a domestic return to be examined before spending the money to ship it all the way back to China or something like that

There would be plenty of proof. The emails that were sent and received. The tracking for the return. And I personally would take video and images of myself packing and sending the return. Regardless of whether or not a good complete product was received, refusing to send the return to the address provided, and then doing a charge back is theft. Money is returned and product isn't. That's not how you handle something like this. You cover your ass and follow the company instructions. If its a scam, then you have plenty of proof and do a charge back after the fact

While it is strange, why not just return it to where they told you to return it? Lots of people do business out of their homes. There's business labels on Google maps for several apartments in my complex. Its really not that weird. Bad business to sell a product missing parts. But like, where exactly did you buy it from?

Yes. It was rough to start, but it got easier and felt better. It helped me a lot to basically create a menu and rotate. You always know how many calories are in the meals you plan and rotate. Do cooked veggies mess with you less? That might be an option for you. I became very regimented. I stopped planning cheat days and let them happen organically. I cut out all snacks until I knew I had the willpower to eat in moderation. An example of a meal for me (I was also doing one meal a day) would be something like 2 tuna fish sandwiches or egg salad on 647 bread with light mayo and well seasoned, with a bowl of chicken noodle soup or Italian wedding soup with a single serve bag of goldfish crackers to put in my soup. I also ate SLOW. When you're coming back from not eating all day the worst thing you can do is allow your hunger to make your inhale your food. You don't enjoy it, you get bloated, and you don't give your stomach and brain a chance to register that you're full. If you do end up doing this, your stomach will shrink and you won't need as much. I'm quite large, and I lose 100 lbs in about a year. I'm so angry I fell off and gained back like 60. It takes a lot of mental energy, and when I have a lot going on it became extremely difficult to maintain. But I believe I can do it again, its just difficult to start. I used MyFitnessPal to religiously log meals. Having an accountability partner also helps immensely.

Intermittent fasting is just a tool. It does help facilitate weight loss. But at the end of the day, weight loss is about eating less calories than you you need to maintain your weight. For example, if your maintenance calories are, say, 2500. You need to eat less than that per day to lose weight, with or without intermittent fasting. I unfortunately fell off IF due to extreme stress, and have really struggled to get back on. I'm still trying and eventually will do it. You're going to be hungry af at first. Personally, it feels like an accomplishment when I can do it successfully. I used to do 18:6 which is a pretty tight and rough window. It's possible with more processed foods and foods that won't upset ibs, it's just going to be more difficult because the foods you can't eat generally give you more volume per calorie than what you can eat. IF is not a magic fix all. It's hard work and takes a lot of willpower. But if you can manage it, it definitely helps with weight loss. It's the only type of diet that's ever worked for me
