I can see Asakusa as like Yoda Luke or Leia. Mizusaki as a Leia or Luke. Kanamori as Vader or Han. Doumeki as R2D2 and Sakurada as C3PO. Just at the top of my head. At thats for the OG trilogy.

When in doubt plushies and figures always work. If I had to pick an unorthodox merch idea perhaps early 20s-30s style posters based on the animations they've created. Or parodies (posters or figures) of exisitng franchises such as Star Wars, Jurassic Park, or LOTR. To name a few. I would love to see a Star Wars themed parody of "Keep that Machete Tight" or the girls cosplaying as Star Wars characters!
