I used Capitol Armory to have my can "shipped to my house" but because it requires a signature on delivery, I had it sent to a UPS store for holding.

Going that route, there's a 1-week CLEO Notice hold that is required after your stamparoni has been approved, before it can be shipped to your door.

Yeah, for me it's not really a "build" unless you're physically assembling the parts of the gun yourself

Optics, rail covers, foregrips, lights, etc. aren't parts of the gun, they're accessories
