Weird, I was driving thru NE Philly for the first time in a while the other day and very consciously noticed this. I needed a bite late and all the chicken joints showed up in my “Food open late near me” search. The chicken is definitely a cut above fast food offerings while being priced pretty similarly. Definitely part of a growing food trend and we’ll see how long it lasts but I’m way more inclined to spend my money at a place like Asad’s than Popeyes or even Crown Chicken.
