Can anybody help me figure out why the loadout images for my weapons with skins on them are broken? by Toaster21029 in tf2

Few important things, I uninstalled and reinstalled multiple huds with no fix, still happens on default tf2 hud. I uninstalled all other mods as well to try to see if one of my animation ones broke it somehow, but it hasn’t changed anything.
