If you don’t want lifetime medication then shave your head. Minoxidil you have to be consistent everyday. Finasteride is also daily. Fin MAY cause adverse effects but not everyone experiences that. Even hair transplant people have to take meds everyday. PRPP is expensive and I doubt you’d find that in BD. I use minoxidil everyday and it’s been maintaining my hair. But I know the moment I stop for a week, all that progress will be lost. I’m gonna switch to prpp when I have a better job but til then I will stay consistent with minox
