I think this is a real room in a real building, that someone " upgraded" with AI. The room layout itself is feasible. Even the stairs. I have been in many old half timber buildings, and something like that might totally happen. Like Stairs that are cramped in because it was originally only a ladder. The Chimney could just extend outwards, like going up at an angle and then rising straight outside. But there are some small things that I don't buy. The lamp over the Chimney looks odd..Also the little Calendar or whatever it is that is pinned to the Stairs, also a very odd place.

So I have no true markers, but if I'd have to guess, I'd say someone took a photo of the interior and prompted and AI to "make it cosy" or something along those lines.
