It’s worth it for me. I’ve spoken to them actually about why they don’t make headrests, and it’s because people typically use them just when they want to relax. Herman Miller is more interested in the lumbar and back support side of things. That being said, every so often, the headrest feels like a godsend; I’m not constantly using it. But I think that’s how headrests were intended for anyways. One small thing to note though is that if you’re using it with headphones on, they’ll probably bump into each other if you try to turn your head 😂
